A Denver-based executive function coaching service focused on providing a shame-free space to explore executive functioning challenges, strategy implementation, and how each piece of the puzzle fits together.

Founder and Executive Functioning Coach, Emme Silverman, MSc, provides evidence-based tools to each of her clients through a lens of compassion and curiosity. As an individual who was diagnosed with ADHD at the end of her undergraduate career, she understands the gravity of navigating a neurotypical world with a neurodivergent mind.

It is her passion to help her clients work with their executive function challenges in academics, life administrative tasks, and working toward developing a strong sense of self-compassion.
